Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped as well as a tracking number.

Please keep in mind that all of our products are produced in small batches as we are a small company. We may need a few extra days to process orders during busy seasons and holidays, or when items are on sale.

There may be situations where your shipment is delayed due to reasons beyond our control (i.e. weather conditions, courier delays, etc.). In any of these events, please check your tracking number or contact the courier to get updates about your package. 

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping information. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate, as OutNo.d Inc will not be responsible for payment of return items with incorrect information.
